Welcome to Deals Hub, a product owned and operated by Infowealth Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of the Deals Hub platform, including the mobile application, web platform, dashboard, services, tools, and related features provided by Infowealth Technologies.
By registering, accessing, listing Deals, publishing offers, redeeming coupons, or using any part of Deals Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Ownership of the Platform
Deals Hub is the sole product and intellectual property of Infowealth Technologies. All rights, title, ownership, technology, design, software, branding, platform structure, business model, content framework, and related services belong exclusively to Infowealth Technologies.
No business, merchant, partner, user, or third party shall claim ownership, control, or rights over the Deals Hub platform or any part of its technology, design, brand, or operations.
2. Purpose of the Platform
Deals Hub is a business platform that enables various businesses, merchants, service providers, and commercial partners to create, publish, promote, and manage Deals, coupons, offers, discounts, and promotional content for users through platforms and services provided by Infowealth Technologies.
The platform acts as a technology and promotional medium between businesses offering Deals and users who may view or redeem such Deals.
3. Business Partner Responsibility
Businesses, merchants, and service providers who publish Deals, offers, coupons, or promotional content on Deals Hub are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of the offer details.
The quality of products or services provided
The availability of the Deals or coupon.
The pricing, discount, validity, terms, and conditions of the offer.
Honoring the Deals after a user redeems the coupon.
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, consumer protection requirements, and business standards.
Providing legitimate, truthful, and non-misleading information.
Infowealth Technologies does not independently guarantee, verify, or take responsibility for the final delivery, quality, pricing, service, availability, or fulfilment of any offer provided by a business on Deals Hub.
4. Coupon Redemption and Business-User Agreement
Once a user redeems a coupon, offer, discount, or Deals provided by a business on Deals Hub, the transaction, service, purchase, or benefit arising from such redemption is strictly between the user and the respective business.
Infowealth Technologies is not a party to the agreement between the user and the business after coupon redemption.
The business shall be fully responsible for answering user queries, resolving complaints, providing the promised service, honoring the offer, handling cancellations, managing disputes, and fulfilling any commitment made through the Deals or coupon.
5. Role of Infowealth Technologies
Infowealth Technologies provides the Deals Hub platform as a technology, listing, coupon management, and promotional service.
Infowealth Technologies may help businesses display and promote their offers, but it does not:
Own the businesses listed on the platform.
Provide the actual products or services offered by businesses.
Guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any business.
Take responsibility for false promises made by a business.
Handle service fulfilment after coupon redemption unless specifically agreed in writing.
6. Prohibited Business Activities
Businesses using Deals Hub must not misuse the platform in any manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Publishing fake, misleading, expired, or false offers.
Promising discounts or services that the business does not intend to honor.
Using fake business information, fake pricing, or manipulated discount values.
Misrepresenting products, services, location, brand, or availability.
Uploading offensive, illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content.
Using Deals Hub to mislead users or collect user data unlawfully.
Violating any law, regulation, consumer rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
Damaging the reputation, trust, or business interests of Infowealth Technologies.
7. Right to Remove, Suspend, or Stop Promotion
If Infowealth Technologies finds that a business is misusing the platform, providing false information, failing to honor promised Deals, receiving repeated complaints, violating these Terms, or damaging user trust, Infowealth Technologies has the complete right to act without prior notice.
Such action may include:
Removing the Deals or coupon.
Temporarily suspending the business account.
Permanently blocking the business from Deals Hub.
Stopping promotion of the business.
Restricting access to platform features.
Withholding visibility or listing benefits.
Taking legal action where necessary.
The decision of Infowealth Technologies in such matters shall be final and binding.
8. User Responsibility
Users who view or redeem coupons on Deals Hub are responsible for reading the Deals details, validity, terms, restrictions, and conditions before redeeming or using any offer.
Once a user redeems a coupon or proceeds with a business offer, the respective business is answerable for the service, product, discount, or benefit promised.
Infowealth Technologies shall not be held responsible for the failure of a business to deliver the promised service, product, discount, or offer after redemption.
9. Accuracy of Information
Businesses must ensure that all details submitted to Deals Hub are accurate, updated, and lawful. This includes business name, contact details, address, offer details, pricing, images, terms, coupon validity, and service information.
Infowealth Technologies may edit, reject, review, remove, or request corrections to any content that appears incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or harmful to users or the platform.
10. Deals Validity and Availability
Each business is responsible for clearly mentioning the validity period, usage restrictions, redemption process, and limitations of every Deals or coupon.
If a Deals is expired, unavailable, withdrawn, or no longer valid, the business must immediately update or remove the offer from the platform.
Infowealth Technologies is not liable for expired, unavailable, or incorrectly listed offers provided by businesses.
11. Complaints and Disputes
Users may report complaints related to a business, coupon, or offer to Infowealth Technologies. However, the primary responsibility for resolving such complaints remains with the respective business.
Infowealth Technologies may review complaints and may take platform-level action against a business if required, including suspension or removal. However, Infowealth Technologies is not responsible for compensation, refund, replacement, service correction, or dispute settlement unless specifically required by law or separately agreed in writing.
12. Payments and Transactions
If any payment, purchase, booking, or transaction happens directly between the user and the business, such transaction shall be governed by the terms agreed between the user and the business.
Infowealth Technologies shall not be liable for payment of disputes, refunds, failed transactions, pricing conflicts, service dissatisfaction, or any issue arising from transactions completed outside the Deals Hub platform.
If Deals Hub enables paid features, subscription plans, promotions, or business listing services, the applicable payment terms shall be communicated separately to the business.
13. Platform Misuse
Users and businesses must not attempt to misuse, copy, damage, reverse engineer, hack, overload, manipulate, or interfere with the Deals Hub platform.
Any attempt to misuse the platform, create fake accounts, abuse coupons, manipulate redemptions, or harm platform security may result in account suspension, permanent blocking, and legal action.
14. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, user interface designs, platform features, brand elements, workflows, promotional formats, and technology related to Deals Hub are owned by Infowealth Technologies.
Businesses may upload their own logos, images, offer details, and promotional content only if they have the legal right to use such material. By uploading content, businesses grant Infowealth Technologies the right to display, promote, publish, and use such content for platform and marketing purposes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowealth Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, reputational, financial, or service-related loss arising from:
A business failing to honor an offer.
Incorrect or misleading information provided by a business.
User dissatisfaction with a product or service.
Expired or unavailable coupons.
Disputes between users and businesses.
Temporary platform downtime or technical errors.
Unauthorized misuse of the platform by third parties.
The responsibility for the actual offer, service, product, discount, and user experience after redemption lies solely with the respective business.
16. Indemnity
Businesses agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infowealth Technologies, its owners, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, legal actions, complaints, costs, or liabilities arising from:
False or misleading offers.
Failure to honor coupons or Deals.
Poor quality of service or product.
Violation of laws or regulations.
Misuse of the Deals Hub platform.
User complaints or disputes caused by the business.
Unauthorized use of third-party content, images, trademarks, or intellectual property.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
Infowealth Technologies reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any business account or user account at its sole discretion if there is a violation of these Terms or any activity that affects platform trust, legality, security, or reputation.
Termination may be temporary or permanent depending on the seriousness of the issue.
18. Changes to the Terms
Infowealth Technologies may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms may be published on the app, website, dashboard, or any official communication channel.
Continued use of Deals Hub after changes are published shall mean that the user or business accepts the updated Terms.
19. Privacy and Data Usage
Deals Hub may collect and process certain business and user information for platform operations, account management, coupon redemption, analytics, communication, and service improvement.
The use of personal data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy of Infowealth Technologies. Users and businesses are advised to read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the platform.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the registered office or principal place of business of Infowealth Technologies, unless otherwise required by law.
