Hostels 4U provides directory Services on the app subject to complete adherence to the usage terms by the user (Guest/ provider). By accessing, viewing, or using this website/app, you acknowledge, declare, confirm, represent, and warrant to Hostels 4U that you have read and understood the usage terms and accept them as an agreement as the binding legal contract equivalent of a duly signed contract binding on you. This agreement is effective immediately upon your accessing, viewing, or using this website/app. You are advised to regularly check for any amendments or updates to the usage terms mentioned herein. Hostels 4U may add, change or update these usage terms at its sole discretion.

The domain name www.hostels4u.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and its Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "App") is a product developed by Infowealth technologies LLP (hereinafter referred to as ‘Hostels 4U’ – is a directory app for Hostels/PG which enables the user (Guest) of the website or app to connect with property owners (Providers) offering various hostels/PGs/service apartments /guest houses/accommodations for rent (hereinafter referred to as ‘Property’) listed on the website and/or app.
By using this website/app you (user) hereby acknowledge and agree that Hostels 4U is not the property owner and has no control over the conduct of the provider or the quality, or the suitability of the services provided by provider. Hostels 4U refuses all liabilities in this regard.
By using this website/app you (user) hereby acknowledge and agree that Hostels 4U has no control over the conduct or behavior of the guest (also user).
App & Website Usage:
The website/app are an online directory where users (guest or Providers) may interact with each other. Providers shall list their properties on the website/app and guests can contact the providers if they like the property, Hostels 4U currently doesn’t provide any booking facility for the properties listed in the app, we provide the guest (User) the information about the property (location, amenities, details of the property as provided by the property owner during the time of on boarding process of the property) we display the information in our app/ website, and Hostels 4U doesn’t have any liability for any misrepresentation of the information provided by the Providers (also user) on the website/app. We recommend Guests (Users) to take an informed decision before paying any amount to the property owner.
Hostels 4U reiterates that Hostels 4U and Providers are separate and independent entities and Hostels 4U does not work as representative or agent of the provider. By making a reservation/booking at the listed properties the guest enters commercial/contractual terms as offered by and agreed to between Providers and the guest (among the users) only.
Hostels 4U shall not be responsible and shall not be required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between Guest and Providers.
The user (Guest/ provider) agrees, acknowledges, confirms, and undertakes that the registration data, information/data provided or uploaded onto the website/app by the user:
shall not be false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete
shall not be fraudulent or involve the use of counterfeit or stolen credit cards
shall not infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
shall not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing
shall not contain any viruses, trojan horses, or any computer programming routines or executable files that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, secretly intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information of any person whatsoever.
If the user (Guest/ provider) breaches the foregoing or Hostels 4U has reasonable grounds to suspect that the user has breached the foregoing, Hostels 4U has the right to indefinitely deny or terminate user's access to the website/app and to refuse to honor the user's request(s).
Hostels 4U has endeavored to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information on this website/ App. However, the information, materials, Services available on this website/app may inadvertently include inaccuracies, typographical errors, or outdated information.
Hostels 4U is not responsible for and shall not be bound to honor typographical or pricing errors on this website/app. Hostels 4U neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product, or service.
Hostels 4U shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website/app or related functionalities, the Failure to provide functionalities, or for any information, software, services, functionalities, and related graphics obtained through the website/app, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website/app, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

The user (Guest/ provider) understands and agrees that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website/app is done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
Hostels 4U accepts no liability for any errors or omissions with respect to any information provided to the user.
User Registration:
A user (Guest/ provider) of Hostels 4U can access the app and its information only if you have created an account with the required user information through phone number and OTP send to the same.
A provider of Hostels 4U can access the app and its information only if you have created an account with the required user information through phone number and password sent to the same. A user (Guest/ provider) of Hostels 4U will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
At the time of registration, you shall ensure that the account information provided by you on the app's registration form is complete, accurate and up to date. Use of another user’s account information is expressly prohibited.
You agree to immediately notify Hostels 4U of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of security and ensure that you exit/log out from the account at the end of each session.
Hostels 4U cannot and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause. You may be liable for losses incurred by authorized or unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep its account Information secure and confidential.
When you use the website/ App, you agree and understand that you are communicating with Hostels 4U through electronic records, and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from Hostels 4U periodically and as and when required.
Hostels 4U may communicate with you by email or SMS or other modes of communication, electronic or otherwise. You specifically agree that Hostels 4U shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or not received. Hostels 4U will make our best efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information available with it, but transmissions made by means of the internet cannot be guaranteed or made absolutely secure.
By using this website/ App, you agree that Hostels 4U shall not be liable for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
Without prejudice to the foregoing you (Guest/ provider) agree that Hostels 4U shall not be held liable or responsible for 'phishing attacks' on you. You may accept or decline the cookies when you access Hostels 4U’s website/App. It is the User’s responsibility to set the browser to alert whether to accept or to reject cookies.
Hostels 4U reserves the right to make, at its sole discretion, any modifications, or changes whatsoever to the website/app or the information, listings and services described on the website/app at any time. Such modifications or changes shall be effective immediately when they are made.
Liability limitation:
Hostels 4U shall not be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary and consequential damages, damages for loss of use, data or profits, or other intangible losses, which may arise or are arising from the use of this website/app or any of the information, software, services and related graphics contained within the website/app or any of the services offered, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if Hostels 4U has been advised of the possibility of damages.
Hostels 4U Guests (also users) are requested to kindly take due care of all their personal valuables and belongings while they are availing the accommodation services offered by provider (also User). ‘Hostels 4U’ management and its employees shall NOT be responsible for ?any loss, theft or damage to the guest’s personal valuables and belongings.

The user agrees that any reviews, feedback, comments, ideas, suggestions, information, or any other content which he contributes to Hostels 4U or this website/app (including the name you submit with any content) will be deemed to include a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license for Hostels 4U to adopt, publish, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, distribute, copy, use, create derivative works from, display worldwide, or act on such content--without additional approval or consideration--in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, and you waive any claim to the contrary.
The user represents and warrants that user owns or otherwise controls all the rights to the content that he/she may contribute to this website/app and that use of the content by Hostels 4U shall not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. Hostels 4U, its mark and logo are trademarks of Infowealth technologies LLP. You understand and agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner whatsoever.
As a pre-condition of use of this website/app, user warrants to Hostels 4U that user shall not use this website/app for any purpose that is unlawful, unauthorized, or inconsistent with usage terms, and the user agrees that this license to use Hostels 4U website/app will terminate immediately upon user's violation of this warranty.

AUTHORITY:

If the user is unable to do it through Delete My account section In-app, you can write to us through https://hostels4u.com/Contact with all your details including Name, Phone number, Email Address, Subject and you can mention your deletion request in the message section and send to us. You will receive an confirmation email from us after the deletion.
Third Party Services:
We never post anything to your accounts with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party sites without your permission. Except for the purpose of providing the Services, we will not give your name or personal information to third parties.
